PlusTurk: Call Centre and Payments Platform
A calls, debt collection, online payments and SMS platform for law firms, healthcare providers and survey companies.
Problem
Law firms and similar high-volume businesses usually managed call tracking, case and debt collection processes, payments and SMS with separate, scattered tools. That meant lost time and processes nobody could follow.
Solution
I built a multi-tenant SaaS platform that brings the call centre, debt collection case tracking, online payments and SMS together in one cloud dashboard. I designed it so customers can connect iyzico, PayTR, Stripe and Nestpay with their own API credentials, and kept security first with role-based permissions, encrypted API storage and two-factor authentication.
Outcome
It's used live by law firms, healthcare providers and survey companies, each with industry-specific screens. An end-to-end flow sends the debtor a payment link by SMS, closes the case automatically once payment arrives, and produces a signed 'no debt' letter.
PlusTurk is a cloud platform that combines call centre management, debt collection case tracking, online payments and SMS automation in one dashboard. It offers industry-specific screens such as case and deadline tracking for law firms, appointment reminders for healthcare providers, and target distribution and agent performance tracking for survey companies. Payment providers are connected with the customer's own account; card details never reach PlusTurk's servers. Role-based permissions, encrypted API storage, activity history and two-factor authentication make up the security layers.
