Policy generator for websites doing business in Türkiye

If your site collects personal data from people in Türkiye or sells to Turkish consumers, Turkish law expects a set of documents in Turkish: a KVKK privacy notice, cookie policy, distance sales contract and more. This free generator writes them for you, following the rules in force in 2026.

The generator and the documents it produces are in Turkish. You can use your browser's translate feature to fill in the form.

Documents it can generate

Pick as many as you need. You enter the shared details once and download everything as Word, HTML, Markdown, plain text or a single ZIP file.

Frequently asked questions

Who is this for?
Anyone running a website, online shop or app that collects personal data from people in Türkiye, or sells to Turkish consumers. Turkish law expects these documents in Turkish, which is why the generator produces Turkish text.
Can I use it if I don't speak Turkish?
Yes, but you'll need to work through a Turkish form. Your browser's built-in translation works well on it. The answers are mostly company details, the data you collect and the services you use, so translation is enough to fill it in.
Does it cover the GDPR?
The documents are written for Turkish law (KVKK, the 2026 cookie guidance, consumer and e-commerce law). There is an option to add GDPR wording if you also serve visitors in the EU, but for an EU-only business a GDPR-specific policy is the better fit.
Is my data stored?
No. Everything is generated in your browser. Your company details are only kept in your own browser so you can come back and edit them.
